How To Stick With Your New Years Resolution

Hey All!
So it's the New Year, and that means New Years Resolutions. I've made a fair share of them myself. A very common resolution is to get healthy, and I'm going to be talking a little about that today, and how to make your goals, whether they're related to fitness, school, or work, happen.

STEP 1: Make specific goals. Don't say, "I want to workout more", say "I am going to get abs by working out to blogilates ab videos on Tuesdays and Thursdays". See how the second goal is more attainable? You've made yourself a plan, leaving yourself no choice but to achieve the goal that you want to achieve.

STEP 2: Set a time frame. If you give yourself only a small window to achieve your goal, you will feel more pressured and therefore it will be more likely that you follow your necessary steps.

STEP 3: Make the goal attainable. If you've never run before and you want to run a 50 mile race by April, that doesn't make sense and probably can't happen in a healthy manner. Or maybe you want to make the biggest PB&J in the world? Probably NOT going to happen.

Okay, I'm craving waffle fries..........

STEP 5: Visualize your resolution happening. Think about how you will feel once your goal is achieved, doesn't it feel awesome? This way you will feel more motivated to workout, or write, or do whatever is necessary to achieve what you want to achieve.

This was a short post, but I hope it helped you out. Feel free to share your goals in the comment section, I read and reply to ALL comments. Also, please please please leave suggestions on posts in the comment section as well. I have a review and a OOTD on the way, and a tutorial. I also got a new camera, so the posts should be good quality!

See you in my next post, I'm going to try and post every Sunday.

xoxo,
Isabel
